WEEK IN REVIEW: ACTIVE NEW LISTINGS, PENDING AND SOLD LISTINGS IN ATHERTON

We had three new listings of single family homes coming on the market last week in Atherton as oppose to none the week before. Six listings changed status to pending last week as oppose to five the week before, this is an excellent sale activity for Atherton and zero listings closed escrow last week as oppose to two the week before.

The inventory is low, the market remains a seller market. We have only 21 active listings in Atherton, 25 in Palo Alto and 22 in Menlo Park. This is considered a very low inventory.
