WEEK IN REVIEW: ACTIVE NEW LISTINGS, PENDING AND SOLD LISTINGS IN MENLO PARK

We had only 6 new listings of single family homes coming on the market last week in Menlo Park as oppose to six the week before. I was expecting  a larger number of listings to come on the market last week, this is a signal that our inventory is going to continue to be low this coming year. We are seeing more listings off mls and they are selling very quickly . Eight listings changed status to pending as oppose to ten the week before and two listings closed escrow last week as oppose to none the week before.

The market remains a seller market, We have only 21 active listings in Atherton, 25 in Palo Alto and 22 in Menlo Park. This is considered a very low inventory.
