WEEK IN REVIEW: ACTIVE LISTINGS, PENDING AND SOLD LISTINGS

The activity was slow the last two weeks because of Memorial Day Weekend. Only 6 new listings of single family homes were listed last week in Palo Alto as oppose to 3 of listings  the week before. The total active listings of single family homes on the MLS  is now 43as oppose to 46 the week before. 
8 listings changed status to pending as oppose to 15 last week and 10 closed escrow this week as oppose to 9 listings the previous week.
Please note that 5  listings sold above asking price and 5 listings sold below the asking price.
