The last week activity was slow because of memorial Day Weekend. We had three new  single family homes  listed on the MLS last week In Atherton  the same as the week before. Two listings  changed status to pending the same as the week before and one listing closed escrow last week as oppose to two the week before.
We have 36 active listings in Atherton as of today on the market as oppose to 35 the week before.  Two listings expired last week and another one was cancelled.
