WEEK IN REVIEW: ACTIVE NEW LISTINGS, PENDING AND SOLD LISTINGS IN ATHERTON

We had  4 new listings of single family homes coming on the market last week  in Atherton the same as the week before. 4 listings changed status to pending the same as the week before and 1 listing closed escrow last week as oppose to 3 the week before. Two houses had a price reductions before their status changed to pending.

The inventory is now at a good level and offers buyers good options.

We had 12 new listings last week of single family homes as oppose to 13 the week before in Menlo Park. 6 houses changed status to pending as oppose to 3  the week before and 5 closed escrow as oppose to 4  the week before.

The inventory remains low. Most of the new listings are selling within one week.  All listings sold above the asking price and 3 listings had price reduction before they change to pending status..
