WEEK IN REVIEW: ACTIVE NEW LISTINGS, PENDING AND SOLD LISTINGS IN MENLO PARK

We had 12 new listings last week of single family homes as oppose to 13 the week before in Menlo Park. 6 houses changed status to pending as oppose to 3  the week before and 5 closed escrow as oppose to 4  the week before.

The inventory remains low. Most of the new listings are selling within one week.  All listings sold above the asking price and 3 listings had price reduction before they change to pending status..
 The market remains a strong seller market
