We had 11 new listings of single family homes coming on the market last week in Menlo Park as oppose to six the week before. Seven listings changed status to pending as oppose to eight the week before and six listings closed escrow last week as oppose to two the week before.

All listings sold at or above the list price but two.The market remains a strong seller market
