WEEK IN REVIEW: ACTIVE NEW LISTINGS, PENDING AND SOLD LISTINGS IN PALO ALTO

We had only 7 new listings of single family homes in Palo Alto last week as oppose to 5 the week before. 4 houses changed status to pending as oppose to 12 the week before and 12 listings  closed escrow last week as oppose to 10 the week before. We have only 23 active listings on the market in Palo Alto.

The inventory is very low and we are still seeing multiple offers in the price range of $1.3 Million - $3 Million. One house had a price reduction before they sold. All listings that closed escrow this week sold  at or above the asking price but one  confirming a continuing strong market. The market remains a seller market.
