WEEK IN REVIEW: ACTIVE NEW LISTINGS, PENDING AND SOLD LISTINGS IN PALO ALTO

We had 6 new listings of single family homes in Palo Alto as oppose to 11 the week before  13 house changed status to pending  as oppose to 9 the week before and 7 listings  closed escrow as oppose to 8 the week before.

The inventory is very low and we are still seeing multiple offers in the price range of $1.3 Million - $3 Million. All listings that closed escrow this week sold  at  above the asking price  but two confirming a continuing strong market. The market remains a seller market.
