We had only 2  new listings of single family homes in Menlo Park last week as oppose to 8 listings the week before. Our inventory is only 50 listings in Menlo Park. 17 houses changed status to pending as oppose to 11 the week before and 9 listings closed escrow last week as oppose to 10 listings the week before.

The market still a seller market, 7 of the 9 listings that closed escrow this past week sold at or above the asking price.
