WEEK IN REVIEW: ACTIVE, PENDING AND SOLD LISTINGS

Our Market activity was stronger this week than last week. We had 10 new listings last week as oppose to 3 new listings the week before. Houses are selling fast, 9 listings changed status to pending; some of the houses that were not selling before sold last week as buyers are out looking to buy before prices go higher in price.
Our inventory remains low with only 27 active listings. If you plan to sell your home, it is a good time to list your home and if you are a buyer and you have a stable job it is a good time to buy before home prices and interest rates go higher.
