We had 4 new listings of single family homes in Palo Alto last week as oppose to 2 the week before. 4 listings changed status to pending last week as oppose to 7 the week before and 5 listings  closed escrow last week as oppose to none the week before.

All listings sold above the list price but 2listings.

The inventory is very low.  The market remains a seller market.
