We had  3 new listings of single family homes coming on the market last week  in Atherton as oppose to 4 the week before. 5 listings changed status to pending as oppose to 2 the week before and 1 listing closed escrow last week as oppose to 2 the week before. Two houses had a price reductions before their status changed to pending.

The inventory is now at a good level and offers buyers good options.
