We had 15 new listings of single family homes in Menlo Park last week as oppose to 16 listings the week before, the inventory is getting better with 53 total active listings as of today . The selling activity was less active because of the low inventory with 9 houses changed status to pending as oppose to 16 the week before and 8 listings closed escrow last week the same as the week before. The market still a seller market.
