WEEK IN REVIEW: ACTIVE NEW LISTINGS, PENDING AND SOLD LISTINGS IN PALO ALTO

We had 13 new listings of single family homes in Palo Alto this week  the same as the week before. 10 houses changed status to pending last week as oppose to 4 the week before and 6 listings  closed escrow last week as oppose to 9 the week before.

The inventory is slightly better but we are still seeing multiple offers in the price range of $1.3 Million - $2 Million. All listings that closed escrow this week sold  above the asking price confirming a continuing strong market. The market remains a seller market.
