WEEK IN REVIEW: ACTIVE NEW LISTINGS, PENDING AND SOLD LISTINGS IN PALO ALTO

We had only 6 new listings of single family homes in Palo Alto this week  as oppose to 17 listings the week before. Nine houses changed status to pending last week as oppose to 3 the week before and 8 listings  closed escrow the same as the week before.

The inventory is slightly better but we are still seeing multiple offers in the price range of $1.3 Million - $3 Million. All listings that closed escrow this week sold significantly above the asking price confirming a continuing strong market. The market remains a seller market.
