WEEK IN REVIEW: ACTIVEV NEW LISTINGS PENDING AND SOLD LISTINGS IN MENLO PARK

We had 10 new listings this week of single family homes as oppose to 13 the week before in Menlo Park. 10 houses changed status to pending as oppose to 111 the week before and 15 closed escrow as oppose to 9 the week before.

The inventory is  better. Most of the new listings are selling within one week. All listings  that closed escrow this week sold significantly above the asking price but two confirming a continuing strong market for the year.

 The market remains a strong seller market
