WEEK IN REVIEW: ACTIVE NEW LISTINGS, PENDING AND SOLD LISTINGS IN PALO ALTO

We had 14 new listings of single family homes in Palo Alto last week as oppose to 9 the week before. Eleven houses changed status to pending last week as oppose to eight the week before and 6 listings closed escrow as oppose to two the week before.

New listings are selling within one week. Multiple offers on most of the listings is the norm. All listings that closed escrow this week sold significantly above the asking price confirming an upcoming strong market for the coming year.

The inventeotry is very low. The market remains a strong seller market.
