WEEK IN REVIEW: NEW LISTINGS, PENDING AND SOLD LISTINGS IN MENLO PARK

We had only 3 new listings of single family homes coming on the market last week in Menlo Park as oppose to six the week before, we are seeing more listings off mls listings and they are selling very quickly . Ten listings changed status to pending as oppose to five the week before and no listing closed escrow last week.

The inventory is low, the market remains a seller market, i expect a higher number of listings coming on the market this week.
