WEEK IN REVIEW: NEW LISTINGS, PENDING AND SOLD LISTINGS IN ATHERTON

We had no new listings of single family homes coming on the market last week in Atherton as oppose to 10 listings the week before. . Five listings changed status to pending last week as oppose to four the week before and two listings closed escrow last week as oppose to three the week before.

The inventory is low, the market remains a seller market, i expect the activity to pick-up gradually after the super-bowl.
