WEEK IN REVIEW: NEW LISTINGS, PENDING AND SOLD LISTINGS IN PALO ALTO

We had seven new listings of single family homes in Palo Alto last week as oppose to six the week before . Five houses changed status to pending as oppose to two last week and two listings closed escrow as oppose to three the week before..

All of the listings but one received a high number of offers and sold significantly above the asking price signaling another strong market for the coming year.

The inventory is still at a historic low, the market remains a seller market, i expect a good number of listings to come on the market this week, the off mls listings are apperaing again and especially at the upper-end prices.
