We had 2 new listings of single family homes coming on the market last week in Atherton as oppose to 10 listings the week before. . Four listings changed status to pending last week as oppose to three the week before and three listings closed escrow for last week as oppose to none the week before.

The inventory is low, the market remains a seller market, i expect the activity to pick-up gradually after the super-bowl.
