We had 6 new listings of single family homes coming on the market last week in Menlo Parkas oppose to 7 last week . Five listings changed status to pending the same as the week before and no listing closed escrow last week.

The inventory is low, the market remains a seller market, i expect the activity to pick-up gradually after the super-bowl.
