WEEK IN REVIEW: ACTIVE NEW LISTINGS, PENDING AND SOLD LISTINGS IN MENLO PARK

We had 7 new listings of single family homes coming on the market last week in Menlo Park as oppose to eleven the week before. Seven listings changed status to pending the same as the week before and six listings closed escrow last week the same as the last week.

The inventory is very low. All listings sold at or above the list price but two.The market remains a strong seller market
