We had 7 new listings of single family homes coming on the market last week in Menlo Park this week, that is a good start for this time of the year . Five listings changed status to pending and only one listing closed escrow  last week.

The inventory is low, the market remains a seller market, i expect the activity to pick-up gradually after the super-bowl.
