WEEK IN REVIEW: NEW LISTINGS, PENDING AND SOLD LISTINGS IN PALO ALTO

 We had four new listings of single family homes in Palo Alto last week . Five house changed status to pending as oppose to one last week and 8 listings closed escrow as oppose to three the week before.

The inventory is at a historic low, the market remains a seller market, i expect the number of new listings to pick-up gradually after the super-bowl.
