Palo alto Broker Tour For January 29, 2010

The Palo alto Broker Tour today had again only 10 listings, 4 of the listings were re-tour.
My favorite of today's tour are 3 houses:

1- 234 Walter Hayes listed by Keller Williams: 5 bedrooms and 31/2 baths listed for $2,498,000;
the lot is 12,174 SF

2-1167 Forest  Listed by Main Street Realty: 4 bedrooms and 21/2 baths listed for $2,349,000; I think the price is high the lot is only 6,000 SF.

3- 558 Greer listed by Alain Pinel Realtor. 3 bedrooms and 2 baths listed for $2,299,000;  cute and probably is the best value.
