WEEK IN REVIEW: NEW LISTINGS, PENDING AND SOLD LISTINGS IN ATHERTON

We had 10 new listings of single family homes coming on the market last week in Atherton as oppose to 4 listings the week before, that is a good start for this time of the year . Three listings changed status to pending and there was no listings that closed escrow for last week.

The inventory is low, the market remains a seller market, i expect the activity to pick-up gradually after the super-bowl.
