WEEK IN REVIEW: ACTIVE NEW LISTINGS, PENDING AND SOLD LISTINGS IN PALO ALTO

We had only 5 new listings of single family homes in Palo Alto last week as oppose to 7 listings the week before. 11 houses changed status to pending as oppose to 8 the week before and 6 listings closed escrow as oppose to 9 the week before.
The real estate market historically slows down in November and December, the market for November was more active this year and i expect to see the activity continuing through December.

Please note that all listings sold at or above the asking price but one.

The market remains a seller market, We are still having multiple offers on many listings in Palo Alto.
