The listing inventory is improving In Menlo Park, as of today we have a total of 40 listings of single family homes as oppose to 43 listings the week before, the market continues to be a seller market. 


21 new  active listings of single family homes were listed this week as oppose to 19 the week before and  7 listings closed escrow as oppose to 13 listings the previous week and 14 listings changed status to pending as oppose to 20 the week before.
