WEEK IN REVIEW: A:TIVE NEW LISTINGS, PENDING AND SOLD LISTINGS IN PALO ALTO

We had 11 new listings of single family homes in Palo Alto last week as oppose to 4 the week before. 4 listings changed status to pending last week as oppose to 8 the week before and 11 listings  closed escrow last week the same as  the week before.

All listings sold significantly above the asking price but 4 listings.

The inventory is very low.  The market remains a seller market.
