We had only 8 new listings last week of single family homes as oppose to 3 the week before in Menlo Park. 8 houses changed status to pending as oppose to 6 the week before and 3 closed escrow as oppose to 8 the week before.

The inventory remains low. Most of the new listings are selling within one week. One house had price reduction before it sold.
