WEEK IN REVIEW: ACTIVEV NEW LISTINGS PENDING AND SOLD LISTINGS IN MENLO PARK

We had 13 new listings this week of single family homes the same as the week in Menlo Park. 14 houses changed status to pending as oppose to 12 the week before and 7 closed escrow the as oppose to 9 the week before.

The inventory is  better. Most of the new listings are selling within one week. All listings  that closed escrow this week sold significantly above the asking price but one confirming a continuing strong market for the year.

 The market remains a strong seller market
