WEEK IN REVIEW: NEW LISTINGS, PENDING AND SOLD LISTINGS IN PALO ALTO

We had six new listings of single family homes in Palo Alto last week as oppose to four the week before . Two house changed status to pending as oppose to five last week and three listings closed escrow as oppose to eight the week before.

The inventory is still at  a historic low, the market remains a seller market, i expect the number of new listings to pick-up gradually after the super-bowl.
