WEEK IN REVIREW: ACTIVE NEW LISTINGS, PENDING AND SOLD LISTINGS IN IN ATHERTON

We had only one new listings of single family homes this week in Atherton, the same number of listings as the week before. Rhere was no pending last week as oppose to 2 the week before.

The real estate market historically slows down in November and December. I expect to see a further decline in our market activity for the coming month because of the Holiday Season.

Please note that all listings sold at or above the asking price.

Our inventory is at historic low for this time of the year, this is a signal that the coming year is going to be another strong seller market.
