WEEK IN REVIREW: ACTIVE NEW LISTINGS, PENDING AND SOLD LISTINGS IN PALO ALTO

We had only 3 new listings of single family homes in Palo Alto last week as oppose to 5 listings the week before. 6 houses changed status to pending as oppose to 11 the week before and 12 listings closed escrow as oppose to 6 the week before.
The real estate market historically slows down in November and December. I expect to see a further decline in our listing inventory for the coming month because of the Holiday Season

Please note that all listings sold at or above the asking price but four listings.

The market remains a seller market, We are still having multiple offers on many listings in Palo Alto.
