WEEK IN REVIEW: ACTIVE NEW LISTINGS, PENDING AND SOLD LISTINGS IN PALO ALTO

We had only 7 new listings of single family homes in Palo Alto last week as oppose to 4 listings the week before. 8 houses changed status to pending as oppose to 9 the week before and 9 listings closed escrow as oppose to 13 the week before.
The real estate market historically slows down in November and December, the market for November was more active this year and i expect to see the activity continuing through December.

Please note that all listings sold at or above the asking price but one.

The market remains a seller market, We are still having multiple offers on many listings in Palo Alto.
