WEEK IN REVIEW: ACTIVE NEW LISTINGS, PENDING AND SOLD LISTINGS IN MENLO PARK


The listing inventory continues to improve but still low In Menlo Park; the market continues to be a seller market. The market sale's activity was strong for the second week in a row and  the market remains a seller market . 


We have 42 active listings of single family homes as of today  as oppose to 37  active SFR listings  last week. 19 listings changed status to pending as oppose to20 the week before and  11 listings closed escrow as oppose to 2 listings the previous week.


More homes are listed on the MLS than before but we still see private sales happening.
