Six new listings of single family homes were listed on the MLS last week In Atherton  as oppose to four  the week before. Three listings  changed status to pending as oppose to four the week before and two listings closed escrow last week the same as the week before.


We have 24 active listings in Atherton as of today on the market, and again the same as the week before. The listing inventory  still  low. The market remains a seller market. and we are still seeing a strong market activity off MLS.
