WEEK IN REVIEW: ACTIVE NEW LISTINGS, PENDING AND SOLD LISTINGS IN ATHERTON

We had  4 new listings of single family homes coming on the market last week  in Atherton the same as the week before. 2 listings changed status to pending as oppose to 4 the week before and 2 listing closed escrow last week as oppose to 1 the week before. Two houses had a price reductions before their status changed to pending.

The inventory is now at a good level and offers buyers good options.
