WEEK IN REVIEW: ACTIVE NEW LISTINGS, PENDING AND SOLD LISTINGS IN PALO ALTO

The market activity was strong last week. We had 20 new listings of single family homes in Menlo Park last week as oppose to 15 listings the week before, the inventory is getting better.The selling activity was also strong with 14 houses changed status to pending as oppose to 9 the week before and 4 listings closed escrow last week as oppose to 8 listings the week before. The market still a seller market.
