WEEK IN REVIEW: ACTIVE LISTING, PENDING LISTINGS AND SOLD LISTINGS IN PALO ALTO

We have 39  active listings in Palo Alto as of today. Last Friday broker tour had 15 listings of single family homes. The listing inventory is slightly better this week but continues to be  low; the market remains a seller market 

16 new listings of single family homes were listed on the MLS last week as oppose to 5 the week before. 6 listings changed status to pending as oppose to 9 listings the previous week because of lack of inventory and 8 closed escrow as oppose to 5 the previous week.
Please note that all listings sold significantly above asking price but one listing.
