WEEK IN REVIEW: A:TIVE NEW LISTINGS, PENDING AND SOLD LISTINGS IN PALO ALTO

We had 8 new listings of single family homes in Palo Alto last week as oppose to 14 the week before.
8 listings changed status to pending last week as oppose to 9 the week before and 8 listings  closed escrow last week as oppose to 5 the week before. the inventory is picking-up as usual around this time.

All listings sold significantly above the asking price but one.
The inventory is very low.  The market remains a seller market.
