WEEK IN REVIEW: A:TIVE NEW LISTINGS, PENDING AND SOLD LISTINGS IN PALO ALTO

We had 13 new listings of single family homes in Palo Alto last week as oppose to 16 the week before.
13 listings changed status to pending last week as oppose to 5  the week before and 4 listings  closed escrow last week as oppose to 6 the week before. the inventory is picking-up as usual around this time.

All listings sold significantly above the asking price but one.
The inventory is very low.  The market remains a seller market.
