WEEK IN REVIEW: ACTIVE NEW LISTINGS, PENDING AND SOLD LISTINGS IN PALO ALTO

We had 12 new listings of single family homes in Palo Alto last week as oppose to 9  the week before 8 listings changed status to pending last week as oppose to 5 the week before and 4 listings  closed escrow last week as oppose to 6 the week before.

All listings sold significantly above the asking price but one listing.

The inventory is very low.  The market remains a seller market.
