We had 7 new listings of single family homes in Palo Alto last week as oppose to 2 the week before. 2 listings changed status to pending last week as oppose to 79the week before and 8 listings  closed escrow last week as oppose to 9 the week before.

All listings sold significantly above the asking price but one listings.

The inventory is very low.  The market remains a seller market.
