WEEK IN REVIEW: ACTIVE NEW LISTINGS, PENDING AND SOLD LISTINGS IN PALO ALTO

We had 2 new listings of single family homes in Palo Alto last week as oppose to 3 the week before. 9 listings changed status to pending last week as oppose to 7 the week before and 9 listings  closed escrow last week the same as  the week before.

All listings sold significantly above the asking price but 2 listings.

The inventory is very low.  The market remains a seller market.
