We had 3 new listings of single family homes in Palo Alto last week as oppose to 14 the week before. 7 listings changed status to pending last week as oppose to 8 the week before and 9 listings  closed escrow last week as oppose to 8  the week before.

All listings sold significantly above the asking price but 3 listings.

The inventory is very low.  The market remains a seller market.
