We had 4 new listings of single family homes in Palo Alto last week as oppose to 12 the week before. 8 listings changed status to pending last week as oppose to 11 the week before and 11 listings  closed escrow last week as oppose 12  the week before.

All listings sold significantly above the asking price.

The inventory is very low.  The market remains a seller market.
