WEEK IN REVIEW: ACTIVE NEW LISTINGS, PENDING AND SOLD LISTINGS IN PALO ALTO

We had 9 new listings of single family homes in Palo Alto last week as oppose to 7 the week before. 6 listings changed status to pending last week the same as the week before and 8 listings  closed escrow last week as oppose to 4 the week before.

All listings sold significantly above the asking price but one.

The inventory is very low.  The market remains a seller market.
